Gail E. Aldrich is the Chair of the Board of Directors of Good360. She is an experienced executive serving on numerous boards of directors of leading organizations. During her career she has been primarily associated with large, complex membership organizations including positions at Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), California State Automobile Association, Exponent, and Electric Power Research Institute. She has served as the top executive responsible for a variety of business areas including: human resources, membership, marketing, international, customer service, and facilities. As the President and CEO, Cindy Hallberlin works with the Good360 staff and Board of Directors to define and direct the vision and mission of the world’s largest donation marketplace. Prior to joining Good360, Cindy served as the Chief Ethics, Diversity and Accountability Officer with U.S. Foodservice. She possesses nearly 30 years of experience in labor and employment law, alternative dispute resolution, ethics and compliance, and corporate social responsibility. Throughout her career, Cindy has organized workplace teams to successfully tackle tough business challenges. At the US Postal Service, Cindy addressed a backlog of 37,000 employment discrimination complaints by developing the award-winning REDRESS mediation program, which successfully resolved more than 80 percent of discrimination claims and resulted in $60 million in cost avoidance. Soon after, she became the the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer at U.S. Foodservice following a $1 billion fraud. In this role, she contributed to the cultural transformation of U.S. Foodservice by developing exceptional ethics training programs, a risk assessment strategy and a model code of conduct. All of these initiatives helped resolve the company’s legal problems which were impeding its reputation and profitability. In 2008, she developed U.S. Foodservice’s first nationwide corporate philanthropy program, Full Plates, Full Lives, which raised more than $4 million in cash and product donations to help eradicate hunger in the United States. Cindy has served on several nonprofit boards including The Institute of Conflict Transformation, Dance Place and Liz Lerman Dance Exchange. Cindy holds an undergraduate degree in social work from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and a law degree from Antioch University. |  | Don Miller Chief Financial Officer

Don has served as Chief Financial Officer for Good360 since 2009. In this role he is responsible for strategic planning, internal and external reporting, accounting, audit, treasury, compliance, and risk management. Prior to joining Good360, Don served in various roles at The Home Depot (THD) corporate headquarters in Atlanta, GA. In the Mergers and Acquisitions group, Don led the acquisition of two construction supply businesses for THD Supply portfolio. As a member of the Business Leadership Program, Don managed a retail store where he oversaw a $55M P&L while improving customer satisfaction and in-stock position. In Store Operations Finance, Don planned and managed $6 billion in store payroll as well as $15 million of G&A expense. In this role, he was responsible for rolling out the Aprons on the Floor program, a cost-neutral initiative that added an additional 3 full time associates in every retail store. Don began his professional career as a research analyst with Merrion Group, LLC in Westfield, NJ. As Good360’s Chief Operating Officer, Kevin is responsible for the day to day operations of Good360 including its Customer Service, Human Resources, Security and Compliance, and Logistics (warehousing and transportation) functions. He joined the Good360 team in 2009. Kevin, who has spent his entire career in the distribution world, brings a diverse mixture of experiences from the private and government sectors that make him uniquely qualified to manage the operational transformation of the Good360 organization. Prior to his time at Good360, Kevin served in two different capacities at U.S. Foodservice, Inc., a $20 Billion food distribution company. Kevin arrived at U.S. Foodservice following a $1 Billion accounting fraud and began his tenure as the Director of Corporate Ethics and Training, where he successfully led an array of training and cultural transformation initiatives aimed at eradicating issues that led to the company’s fraud. He ended his tenure at U.S. Foodservice as the Head of Corporate Communications where he was responsible for the company’s internal (employee magazine and communications, intranet) and external communications (public and media relations) as well as re-branding initiatives. He publicly represented the company during some very challenging times including downsizings, plant closures, and union negotiations. Kevin’s experience also extends to the government sector with nearly a decade of experience as an innovative national level manager at U.S. Postal Service’s HQ. During his Postal career, Kevin oversaw several transformational initiatives and organizational restructurings aimed at streamlining and enhancing the efficiency of the staggering 800,000+ employee organization. He was responsible for the visioning and building of a shared services Human Resources center in Tampa, FL to centralize the processing of nearly 10,000 Postal Service HR complaints and investigations. Built in record time and within budget, the center improved the speed of investigations by more than 200% and cut the costs of processing by 50 percent. This groundbreaking center also contracts with other federal agencies and has become a profit center for the Postal Service which has led to its recognition as an innovative best practice in government. Kevin’s has his Bachelor’s degree in History, Political Science, and German from Mercer University in Georgia. Additionally, Kevin earned his Master’s degree in International Affairs from The American University in Washington, DC. Kevin is excited to be a part of the Good360 team and looks forward to a bright future helping to transform America’s charitable network. As the Executive Vice President of Marketing, Communications & Strategic Partnerships, “Mel” oversees Good360’s external and internal communications and key strategic partnerships. In this role, she communicates Good360’s mission, vision and programs to the organization’s many stakeholders. Mel possesses more than 21 years of experience working with nonprofit organizations and trade associations, including the National Wildlife Federation, the National Endowment for Democracy, the American Bankruptcy Institute and IFES. During her tenure at the American Bankruptcy Institute, she worked with her team to launch a powerful, interactive website that provided instant access and service for the first time in the organization’s history. Her time at IFES was spent overseeing the external relations program, including a crisis communications plan, the outreach and marketing teams and the editorial team for a prestigious, four-color magazine. During her tenure at Good360, Mel has worked with her team to grow the nonprofit network more than 500 percent, rebrand the organization, improve communications to our nonprofit network in several ways, including introducing the first-ever Good360 101 webinars, plan the first-ever corporate partner conference, revise Good360’s membership structure and help to move the organization online. As a former journalist and editor, Mel’s articles have appeared in a variety of publications. In recent years, she has spoken at several conferences and Webinars about product giving and how it can benefit both businesses and nonprofits. Mel is a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer who worked with a small NGO in the Russian Far East on some of the first environmental education programs in the Amur Region. She possesses a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University, and a master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University. Ellie is a dynamic, mission-driven executive with 20+ years experience in both non-profit and for-profit environments. She has a solid history of achievement in leading complex membership, marketing, business development, communications and human resources functions; and has managed as many as 400 staff with a budget exceeding $300 million. She has proven her ability to propel membership, market share, and revenues in each of the organizations for which she worked, including four large nonprofits. She grew revenues and market share to an all time high of $600+ million and 75%, respectively, while Director of Marketing for EPRI; introduced the first on-line cooperative community center and created a self-sustaining market research function while Managing Director of Marketing and Communications at NRECA; propelled membership revenue by $41 million, strengthened magazine readership and ad sales and steered the launch of AARP’s first national annual member event during two assignments as Associate Executive Director of Membership for AARP. As EVP and Chief People Officer at AARP, Ellie spearheaded development and implementation of a first-ever enterprise-wide people strategy to build a high performing workforce, drove employee engagement to world-class levels, and introduced numerous innovative programs that helped AARP get distinguished as a Top Place to Work by CEO Update and to become the first non-profit to make the Diversity Inc. Top 50 Companies for Diversity list.
In her current executive on-loan role at Good360, Ellie is responsible for developing short- and long-term business strategy, improving cross-organizational alignment and collaboration, leading business development and expanding product and financial philanthropy. She manages a team responsible for securing hundreds of millions of dollars of product and cash annually to support thousands of charities who serve millions in need, including the homeless, older Americans, people with disabilities, at-risk youth, military veterans, victims of abuse, natural and manmade disasters, and the under/unemployed. Ellie earned a BA in Economics and French from Duke University and later graduated from the Duke Fuqua School of Business’ Advanced Management Program. Honored by the Washington Business Journal as one of its Women Who Mean Business, Ellie is a member of the George Washington University School of Business Corporate Collaborative Council, a member of the Board of Directors for the International Association of Corporate and Professional Recruiters and a former member of the Board of Gifts In Kind International. |  | Shabab Gruberg Chief Technology Officer

Shabab serves as Good360's Chief Technology Officer, managing the organization’s IT infrastructure and eCommerce enterprise. Shabab brings a diverse array of talents and skills to the organization, including business development and process improvement, consulting, supply chain management, procurement, project management, and software implementation. Shabab’s work experience encompasses national and international consulting at Blackbaud, with clients such as The American Red Cross and The Bill Clinton Foundation, to business development at SolutionStart, where he doubled the small business’s revenue in one year, transforming it from a local entity into a regional corporation. Shabab’s technical skills were further honed in the classroom as a professor teaching MCSE, CCNA, and CNA certifications. He has championed numerous eCommerce solutions and developed highly interactive websites. Shabab earned an Electrical and Computer Engineering degree from the University of North Carolina Charlotte and an MBA from the Babcock Graduate School of Management at Wake Forest University with concentrations in Operations and Consulting. |  | Doyle Delph Vice President, Donor Relations

Since 1989, Doyle has held several key leadership positions with Good360. As the Vice President of Donor Relations, he oversees the development, implementation and placement of the donation program. Doyle plays a central role in ensuring donor retention, participation and increased giving. He communicates directly with all our corporate and association donors and oversees a five-person customer relations’ team. During emergency situations, Doyle is our disaster relief response coordinator. Previously, he was the distribution center manager for the Ace Hardware Corporation’s east coast customer service center that serves over 600 retail outlets. Doyle has a master’s degree in business education from Bowling Green State University and a bachelor of science in business administration and education from The Defiance College. |
