Gail E. Aldrich is the Chair of the Board of Directors of Good360. She is an experienced executive serving on numerous boards of directors of leading organizations. During her career she has been primarily associated with large, complex membership organizations including positions at The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), The California State Automobile Association, Exponent, and The Electric Power Research Institute. She has served as the top executive responsible for a variety of business areas including: human resources, membership, marketing, international, customer service, and facilities.

Gail holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Eastern Michigan University and completed graduate studies in business at Santa Clara University.
